Muscle Growth over 60
I feel I have done extremely well as a 67F at losing 40% of my BW on Z while also maintaining muscle mass. I’ve been deliberate in my food choices- focusing on protein and veg. I swim 5x week and also do some light lifting. After watching this video, I’m about to step up the lifting!
I think you might be encouraged by this! I sure was!!
