So I am in the beginning stages of exploring the pmp certification. I have a Bachelors and Masters degree. I have worked mostly in ministry. Over the course of my career I have been a pastor, hospital chaplain and also worked at a Christian youth summer camp. I have been a Program Manager and now Director for 10 years total. I oversee summer staff, year round staff, volunteers, programs, training and now includes budgeting, capital campaigns, facilities management, public relations, policy writing, grant writing and much more. Does this experience qualify me for the 4,500 hours?
