Help translating to electrician.

Hello all, hope you're all doing well. I'm currently in the middle of a solar DIY project and I'm in the home stretch. I'm currently getting quotes from electricians and they're all telling me something different. I was hoping someone could help me determine what I need electrically, without worrying about codes and ordinances, to meet my goals.

Goal: my goal is to reduce my power bill. I'm not trying to go off grid at all. If my panels produce Example#kW's per hour, I want to reduce my power usage by that much per hour, and pull the excess need from the grid. I'm hoping that's possible.

My Setup: Currently I have two panel arrays on my roof. 4 x 500kW and 9 x 500kW. They run into a junction box and the four wires run in conduit down to my main electrical panel in my garage. Next to my panel I have 2 x EG4 6000xp inverters and 3 x EG4 Lifepower4 batteries (The idea being that the batteries could store any excess and provide power until they run out at night).

I'm also asking them to upgrade my panel from 150A x 20 breakers to 150A x 30/40 breakers at the same time. My old panel could be used as a junction box if that's necessary. Can you help me understand exactly what I need to meet my goal without having to choose specific circuits, etc? I appreciate the help.

Photos from Northlake Mall

After the post about stale Mike and Ikes I decided to load up on quarters and go to northlake mall and try them for myself. Here are my thoughts on the mall.

It is indeed a ghost town, and the boardgame store is quite huge. Stores were actively closing down while I was there. The Mike and Ikes were only sorta stale. I like them when they get hard but they were only slightly harder than usual. A quarter gets you six. The skittles seemed to be much older as you can see from the discoloration on the purple one. They were still soft, however. A quarter gets you seven. The sour candy was the worst deal at a quarter for five. They tasted like garbage.

The Chinese food place, I think called tokyo express interestingly enough, was open. They did not have the advertised teriyaki beef. I got bourbon chicken and Mongolian chicken with fried rice, two egg rolls, and a medium diet coke. The total came to 18.86, which is a bit steep but I'm not sure what Chinese take out is going for nowadays. The fried rice doesn't quite have that burnt sesame oil flavor I love about cheap fried rice. The chicken is fine, basically what you'd expect. The egg rolls are definitely not made in house. The lady was very polite. Overall I'd give it a 6.5 rating.

Tomorrow I am going to Northlake Mall to eat the Mike and Ikes.

I don't live that far away and I work from home. I'm sure you all saw the slander from this post earlier today: https://old.reddit.com/r/Atlanta/comments/1ufkkmi/more_photos_from_northlake_mall/. I can't believe someone would talk so badly of the candy machines there with no evidence whatsoever! You should be sued for defamation! I will go and try them and we'll see who and what is rock hard! I'll report on my findings. Maybe I'll try the Chinese food.
