hey! i (27f) have been had contamination ocd for a few years and REALLY messed up my hands. i tried so many different lotions and wanted to share what works for me, in case it helps even one of you! Vaseline Clinical Care Dry Hands Rescue - it’s not too greasy or heavy, works into the hands super well. this is the first time in almost two years i haven’t had an open wound in my hands from over washing. keeping this at work, and next to all the sinks in my
house has helped a lot! (hand pic shared for reference - i’m not 100% healed, but for the first time in years, they’re soft!)
