Hi,
I want to try epee, but I am old and have injured right knee, its not very bad, I can run 10 miles for example without problem.
Is it possible to sustainably practice safe with focus on form, tactics, skills, small footwork, swordplay and not athletic lunges?
I am looking for very long commitment, like 30 years maybe, lol. Or I will be slowly killing my knee?
