Anyone offer full board meals?

We are going to be offering 3 flats in our newly built family villa for rent during the full eclipse in Luxor, Egypt in August 2027. Although two of the flats have full kitchens and one a kitchenette, we are considering including homecooked meals and drinks in the price, for several reasons. First, the number of visitors to Luxor will very likely exceed the high season numbers quite a bit. This means any restaurants (and there are a few within walking distance) would be fully booked. There aren't any supermarkets within walking distance so someone would have to take a taxi, which might also be booked, to go to a supermarket. Compounding these factors is the heat. High temperatures can easily be 40-45C or over 110F so going out to find food and/or cook will be an uncomfortable experience for guests.

I'd like to hear any of your experiences with offering homecooked meals.

How do people divvy up beds?

We have a large flat with an unparalleled view in Luxor we plan to rent out during next year's full solar eclipse. We have 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 with 2 singles, one we may put a small double in, and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each. We are thinking to set our base rate assuming 8-9 guests, and then charge a reduced rate for extras, but would people actually sleep 4 in the bedrooms with 2 queens? The number of visitors will be sky high, and some people are charging 100x their normal nightly low season rate). The flat has two bathrooms. We will be offering full board as part of the package.

Do you think an extended family or friend group would put up with such sleeping arrangements and bathroom ratio considering the unique circumstances of the event and lack of lodging available?
