What’s changed?

I’m going to go for a second attempt at Rad. My first attempt was incredible. Even at a very low dosage in comparison to some of you animals on here. I logged a diary of my results and effects here: https://www.reddit.com/r/rad140/s/KJfOemTBXT
You’ll have to excuse how scatty it is, I have ADHD and can’t take my meds with the RAD I don’t think so my brain was firing all over the place.

I want to know what has changed in the 2 years since I cycled? What have people learned? Whats new? What to avoid?

I’m glad I read the post because it showed me where I was struggling. When I felt most powerful, the effects on my confidence was just incredible. But the confidence is what pushed me to injury and my joints just couldn’t cope. Injuries were what stopped my cycle, nothing else.

I’ve learned what I should and shouldn’t do. But I’m certain there will be people on here that can share their experiences too. Please do!!

I cycled Rad for 8 weeks, I tapered off at 7 due to injury. Enclo was my PCT, helped me a little but when I came off the Enclo I felt like death. Even tapering. Maybe I needed longer. Ultimately we are all different but my previous attempt didn’t work.

This time I’ll heavily supplement cod liver oil and will research anything else that may help.
