


For reference, I’m 17(f) and weigh 94 lbs at 5ft. I know lots of you will tell me to work out which is my main issue here. I’m a diesel mechanic working 8am to 4 pm every day lifting things that weigh more than me so I don’t think it’s related to not enough physical activity as my job is heavy lifting and included pretty much every muscle in my body. I eat way more than enough but maybe I’m not eating the right things. I’ll include photos for reference. I just don’t feel like I’m building as much muscle as I should be cause as you can see I have close to no muscle definition.
