Floors not sealed properly?

I live in a new build condo building but it’s been about 5 years. The builders made tons of mistakes and shortcuts when putting this place together. I didn’t really think about how annoying this problem was until after my warranty was up. In some places on my hardwood floors, if I spill a liquid, it will just bead up and I can wipe it clean. In other spots (most places) it will immediately sink into the wood and turn black. If I don’t notice it right away or it’s something besides water, it stays stained permanently. If I notice, I usually put baking soda on it and that helps absorb most of it. I don’t really want to spend a lot of money moving my furniture out and sanding the floors or redoing the whole sealer until I move out. Is there anything I can put on them in the meantime in certain areas like the kitchen to keep the liquid from absorbing into the wood? I have so many spots like these on my floors near laundry, kitchen, and bathrooms. The fridge leaked on and off for a while and now the wood under probably needs mold treatment which is a whole other problem.
