[HIRING] Bilingual Remote Operations Assistant (English/Spanish)

Growing collision repair company looking for a highly organized bilingual remote assistant.

Responsibilities include:
- Following up with clients and providing consistent updates
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding payments, claim information, and required documentation
- Tracking invoices, expenses, and administrative tasks through QuickBooks
- Organizing files, photos, and documentation
- Coordinating follow ups, scheduling, and workflow tracking
- Assisting with daily operational and administrative needs

Requirements:
- Fluent English (little to no accent) and Spanish
- Experience using QuickBooks preferred
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Reliable internet and workspace for calls
- Self motivated, consistent, and proactive
- Able to handle pressure and fast paced environments
- Experience in admin customer service is a plus

Schedule & Compensation
40-50 hours at $10/hr. Commission will be added as you demonstrate capability. Via paypal, or western union.
