I think it's an incredibly underrated track that I don't hear enough about. What do you think?

Hey, everyone, I'm a VH superfan and I am of the opinion that Ed was the greatest guitarist of all time, hands down. By this I mean he beats out Santana, Clapton, and even Hendrix.

When I say he beats out Hendrix, I mean no disrespect to Jimi in any way. I highly revere Hendrix and I do think he's easily in the Mount Rushmore of guitar players of all genres.

The thing that separates them, though, for me anyways, is that Stevie Ray Vaughan came in, took Hendrix's sound, and improved on it. Hendrix created a style that SRV later perfected.

No one has done this yet with Eddie. Sure, there's countless covers of "Eruption" on YouTube, but no one has improved his style because there's nothing to improve.

I love all the guitarists I've mentioned and I am open to discussion.

By all means, change my mind.
