I’m 21, recently debt-free, and I’ve started investing in my Roth IRA. I contribute about $160 each paycheck into a mix of S&P 500 and VXUS. After bills and expenses, I currently have about $2,150 left each month.

My question is: how do I create additional income streams in a realistic way?

I’ve tried starting my own business a few times and it did not work out. I previously tried detailing, landscaping, and a mix of detailing/paint-related work, but none of them really took off.

I’m trying to figure out what other options are worth exploring so I can increase my income, cover more of my expenses, and put even more into investments. I’m not looking for a get rich quick idea just a practical way to build a second income stream that can actually work.

What would you do in my situation?
