What creature should I tame first to explore the ocean? I use 10x tame multiplier so long taming time isn’t problem

I failed to tame a Reaper today
people say that if you lower health below 2000 and just stay near the Reaper, you can get impregnated in less than 5 seconds
But for me even after turning off my light pet holding a shield and walking back and forth over and over again it still wouldn’t impregnate me.
There are also way too many Nameless spawning, and it’s really stressing me out and i accidently killed 120lvl reaper im really pissed off
