Wondering about the laws for taking breaks in Kentucky

The only thing I can find is that you get one 10 minute break for every 4 hours worked plus a 30 minute unpaid lunch. But what if the scheduled shift is 8 hours? Meaning I'm only working 7.5 hours after deducting the half hour for lunch. I saw somewhere that if you work for more than half of the last 4 hour period, you get another 10 minute break. Wondering if that's true or not. My shift is 4am to noon. They either send me to lunch at 6am or 9 am as my first break and I'm lucky if I get another break after that without it being an argument. Yesterday they started sending other people on lunch at 11am and I hadn't had a 10 minute break yet so I asked "what about my break?" To which she responded "you always get your break and I have to send people to lunch before you leave" and I said "but I need my break before I leave". She tried telling me I can take it at the end of my shift.

Anyway, I'm wanting to bring this up as an issue because it's a recurring thing but I want to know if I'm actually supposed to get two 10 minute breaks or not so I can bring that up as well
