I’m not really sure if this is where to be putting this, so please take down if not, but I’m really interested in teaching young kids (below 12) piano. I am currently in Australia, and am a Yr 10 student. I have ten years of experience, and would really just be teaching them scales, how to read music, then some fun simple songs. My intent - which some might not want, completely understandable! - is to give kids who just want to give it a try or have some fun a chance to do so, without the pressure. Lessons would be about $30/hr and done online as I am in a regional area.
If anyone has anyone who would be interested, any advice, or knows a better spot to post this, please let me know! 😊

I’m currently high school student in Australia, enrolled in all my advanced classes as well as music, which I have about 10 years worth of experience. I am interested in tutoring online, as obviously I do my own studying and it’s much easier for me, but due to my age I feel I, as well as the (clients?), wouldn’t be super comfortable. My main point is, I’d be more than happy to tutor primary age students, but I’m curious as to whether that’s something that people really use? I haven’t heard of many people in primary school using tutors, so I’m not sure if there’d be much demand in it. Any tips or advice (be honest!) would be much appreciated.
Thank you!!

I don’t really know if this is where to post this, but I think if anyone would know the answer to help (and not just say it doesn’t matter don’t worry blah blah blah), teachers would have the best idea. I’m currrently in Yr 10 advanced mathematics, and got a 20% for the first test (I was away for 5 weeks hospitalised with a chronic illness, but still had to do it - which I do understand). My main question is will this genuinely affect my Yr 11 / Yr 12 opportunities and subjects, even if I do get more along the 80% line further in the year?
