We’re planning a roof upgrade in Brisbane and deciding between metal and tile roofing. I’ve heard metal is more durable and easier to maintain, but tile seems more traditional and quieter during rain. With Brisbane weather being pretty unpredictable, I’m trying to figure out which option actually performs better long term. Would love to hear real experiences from homeowners who’ve had either type.
