Back pain over time
I'm a house keeper. So a lot of bending down. My back is in so much pain now. I can't deal with it every night I have to sleep with a heating pad. And now my shoulder blades are KILLING ME it feels like I have a sun burn. This didn't happen from one instant. But for working there for 3 years. Is there anything I can do? Ps yes I bend the "right" way and stretch before and after work. I think thats why I was able to last this long but now I can't take it anymore.
