For those of you who've applied to UCSF, did you submit the application before or after you'd finished the supplemental essays? I've yet to begun working on them seriously and am just focusing on my AADSAS app at large for now. If I submit my supplemental essays around 2 weeks later is that fine?

For context, my top school of choice is Penn and I was told by someone who applied that they had set up a meeting with an admissions member to go over their application beforehand. This is something I was planning on doing soon, but with June 2nd right around the corner, should I not? How much will this move the needle (assuming I put my best foot forward). Does anyone have experience setting up such meetings with other schools?
