Private Selection Lavender Limoncello Swirl Gelato
Wow! The private selection gelatos continue to impress, way more than the regular pints. The texture was light, but not overly airy. The dominant flavor was definitely the limoncello, with just a hint of lavender in the background. While this is great news for many who think of lavender as a soapy flavor, I actually wish there was a stronger lavender flavor as it’s one of my favorites and somewhat rare. Still, the limoncello was delicious, and not overwhelming. I will have to get this one again for sure
