This was in the description from set #71863 Zilvar and Grimtak the Dragon Beast:

The building set also comes with 3 character minifigures so kids can create their own epic battles between heroes and villains, including dragon form Kai with claws and a tail, Nya with a golden sword, and the evil Zilvar, a warrior from the Tiger Tribe, who has a club and an extra sword in the new sword holder. 

Idk if this is any important info, but I just want to get the little info we have on him to be known.
