Please help. I’ve been using African black soap on my skin to try and get rid of the dark spots. Recently I’ve started getting a weird discoloration on the back of my shoulders and I don’t know what it is. What is the quickest way to get rid of the dark spots on my chest, back, and shoulders, while also addressing the discoloration on the back of my shoulders. Summer is here please help me.
