Mubi support ignoring my emails
Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
I cancelled my MUBI subscription about 3 months ago, but I’m still being charged monthly. When I log into my account, it shows I’m not subscribed anymore, so it looks like an error on their side.
I contacted support a week ago but haven’t heard anything back yet. Has anyone had something similar happen or knows how to resolve it?
