Please suggest me some solution
On Oct 2024 my family decided to buy an home we are saving money for 20 years yes it's we want to buy an jhopadpati house because it was a dream to afford which took 20 year of saving we had purchased an house on 2025 March we inaugurated it and celebrated our first house poojan
Then after 2 month during July we got to new that our neighbor has unauthorisely had captured 1 meeter by adding steel and making an Diwar (wall ) on it the person who sold the house to us never said about that
The 1 feet acquired by him its a given for dumping rainy water on rainy season but he acquired it
After we got to known about it we said him make an water dumping way he didn't done anything
So we made an wall 🧱 on our boundaries with asking him that you have any problem he didn't said any problem he agreed with us
Now this year rainy season water are blocked he is saying i didn't asked for his permission he approached nagar savak then nagar savak saying that give him a way by braking wall 3 feet I said no i will never give my wall for dumping water
Then he approached for BMC , then bmc approached and said give an way i why would I give say him to remove those unauthorised wall no conclusive support we got we are leaving in Mumbai kandivali east
When water comes in our walls they never given any support to us three people giving us threats that he knows some good politicians and they will beak our house we said that remove your walls we will do the same so water will dump on gutar (niche ) but he taken it into his ego .
Who should I approach???
