Never do the app data download surveys

I just tried one today. I went to download my tiktok data but it took too long to download the data. I finally got the download a couple hours later and uploaded it. I answered the following questions, completed it, and when it was redirecting back to surveyjunkies it failed. So they get my data for free and I get screwed out of a dollar smh

When will I get these points?

It was one of those surveys that takes a couple of hours to complete. It said the survey closed yesterday so I wondering when I will receive the points.
