Looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Haven at Elgin. It is a 4x4 (4 bed, with 4 private bathrooms for each bedroom) FEMALE ONLY. Rent is $850 a month. It is FULLY FURNISHED, washer and dryer is included, (you only pay utilities and electricity). Parking is a separate $125 monthly fee but you can park on the side of the road for free.
(May 27th 2026 to July 27th 2026) If you are looking to request a longer lease time it will be a pro rated amount.
