Years of nicotine around this any tips?

I have so far used, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, dawn, 409 degreaser, bleach, comet, bar keepers friend, easy off oven cleaner, TSP, scouring pads, brillo pads, magic erasers, heavy duty citrus cleaners. I don't want to have to just paint the damned thing to hide it, because it would be a shame to throw out a perfectly good fridge.
