GHS or PG for first year at MUJ? I’m genuinely confused (Female)
Hey everyone, I’ll be joining MUJ this year for BTech CSE as a first year student (female), and I’m really confused between taking GHS or a PG like Sundarone(Anokhi)
Budget is genuinely not an issue, so I’m not looking for the cheaper option. I just want the better overall experience in terms of:
safety, comfort, freedom, social life, academics, productivity, crowd, convenience, networking
I’ve talked to quite a few seniors already, and honestly the opinions are making me even more confused 😭
Some are strongly suggesting GHS because of the campus life, networking, convenience and “real college experience,” especially for first year. On the other hand, some seniors are telling me premium PGs are more peaceful, comfortable and give better freedom/privacy.
I’m also someone who wants to focus on academics + coding + profile building, but I do want a good social life too and don’t want to feel isolated.
Would really appreciate honest opinions from seniors, staying/stayed in both places. What would you genuinely recommend for first year?
