Hey everyone,
I’m in the late stages for a senior AI Architecture role at BCG Platinion (13+ YOE). I finished my Round 2 interviews late last week and haven't had an update yet. Trying to gauge if this is just standard scheduling lag or a bad sign.
The Rounds:
Round 1 (Principal): Clear pass.
Round 2 (Principal): We actually skipped the formal case study. We spent the hour doing a deep dive into my previous enterprise architectures and frontier frameworks. It felt like a peer-level technical sync.
Round 2 (Director): A heavy "Consulting Stress Test." He gave very direct/intense feedback regarding ROI and "Quick Wins" vs. long-term architecture. I pivoted my answers to show coachability and alignment with the firm's approach, which he seemed to acknowledge.
Current Status:
It’s Wednesday afternoon with no word. However, my Talent Portal still says "Interviews In Progress,"
