At 19h30 they employed 07L for arrivals and 25R for departures-- so planes landing and taking off in opposite directions of the same runway. Then at 20h10 they changed to arrivals 07L and take-offs 07R even though the wind doesn't justify this. With the FlightRadar playback option I noticed multiple fire trucks and vehicles labeled INSP509 and INSP619-- so some kind of inspection or intervention I guess?
