- 10+ years of experience in operations, retail, and hospitality management
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce
- Strong background in budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, and inventory control
- Previously ran and managed a full cycling & specialty coffee business in the Dominican Republic, handling everything from vendor negotiations to e-commerce and ERP implementation
- Award-winning entrepreneur (Banco Popular Dominicano, 2018) and recognized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic
