Hello, I am a recent graduate from Dalhousie School of Nursing and planned to move back home to be with my family following graduation, but unfortunately, there are no new grad positions available in my hometown.
Does anyone know if there are any positions available for new grads in the HFX area within an hour's distance? I was foolish to think finding a job as a new nurse would be easy and not this much of a struggle.
I am a recent Grad from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia and am struggling to find work.I will be moving back to Toronto in June and have applied to 50+ positions, but haven't heard anything back.
I've applied to all the NG jobs on the portal and am trying to bolster my resume by becoming ACLS certified.
Is there anything else I can be doing? I'm getting extremely anxious because I don't have a job lined up and I have $1000 to my name. I thought getting a beginner job wouldn't be this troublesome.
Any insight would be appreciated
