Scaling Strategy

Hey everyone,

We recently started running Meta ads for our fashion dropshipping store focused on the Spanish market. We’re currently testing products with image ads and trying to figure out the best long-term scaling strategy.

Right now we:

  • Test 1 new product per day
  • Use a fresh campaign with 1 ad set + 5 creatives
  • Spend around €50/day total
  • Kill products quickly if metrics are bad
  • Focus mostly on women’s fashion (35–55)

We’ve had some decent signals (good CPCs, a few ATCs and sales), but we’re struggling with the bigger picture:

  • When do you know a product is ready to scale?
  • Do you scale vertically, horizontally, or both?
  • Is ABO better for testing fashion products than CBO?
  • How long does it realistically take to “warm up” a new ad account/pixel?
  • How much importance do you place on creatives vs product selection?
  • Are image ads still viable in fashion or is video basically mandatory now?

Would really appreciate hearing strategies from people actively scaling fashion stores in 2026, especially in EU/Spain markets.

Thanks 🙏
