I'm a native English and Mandarin speaker. I was recently affected by the Spirit Airlines shut down, I worked as a flight attendant there for 5 years. I see Cathay is hiring HK based cabin crew, I currently live in Taiwan. Would it be allowed to commute from Taiwan, or do they require crew to living in HK area? As for English requirements, since I'm a native speaker (education all in the US), do I need to take the TOIEC still?

As for reserve, how does it work? How long is the reserve period?
