My master's application was "temporarily excluded" for missing documents, but I have no idea what is missing.
I applied for the Master of Arts in Strategy and International Security at the beginning of June. Last week, my application status changed to "temporarily excluded." The notification says that one of my requested subjects was preliminarily rejected due to missing documents or information, and that "the temporarily excluded requested subjects will not be considered for admission until the missing data have been submitted.
The problem is that it doesn't specify what is missing. As far as I know, I uploaded everything that was required.
I've already emailed several people at the university asking for clarification, but so far none of them replied. I'm considering sending follow-up emails, but I'm not sure if I should keep doing that or wait for them to update the application portal with more information. The application deadline is July 15, so I'm starting to get worried because there's not much time left to resolve the issue if something is really missing.
