Selling house in GC

Hi all, my family and I need to sell our home. We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car space and big pool. Our real estate agent is one of the biggest in Australia so not a boutique. It has been 2 weeks since we started our campaign and at first, our property was listed with no price so a lot of buyers came for the open home, but now that we've listed a price at $1.3m+, there's only been a few enquiries. We've had 4 offers (highest at $1.23m) with long terms (buyers need to sell their house first). But we believe the price is reasonable from researching recently sold properties and looking at online property appraisal websites. However the agent is pressuring us to lower our price even though we're not in a rush to sell, he says he needs to before our campaign gets stale and current offers go away. Is it normal to drop the price at the 3rd week in or is our agent panicking and/or just want to make a quick sale?
