Hiring a B2B cold caller (Home Services) _₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per closed deal
Hey people, looking for a remote cold caller to pitch local US businesses.
**Timings:**
7:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST (Monday - Friday). 3 to 4 hours a day. I don’t want you to work overnight graveyard shifts! (This translates to US morning/afternoon business hours).
**Compensation:**

**Commission-based to start:**
₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per closed deal.
* If you put in 3-4 hours a day, you can easily book 3-4 meetings/demos a week and close at least 2 deals a week (Translating to ₹12,000 - ₹20,000/week).

**Full-Time Potential:**
After 1 month, based on performance, we are looking to hire top callers full-time with a

You are NOT calling to sell anything or ask for money. We provide a premium B2B lead database for contractors. Your job is simply to call them, offer a
**free trial (a few free sample leads)**
to let them test our quality, and book a brief Zoom demo with our closer. Since there is zero upfront cost or risk for them, getting them to say "yes" is very straightforward.
**What we provide:**
* A premium targeted dialing list (with company names, phone numbers, and owner/GM names).
* Winning scripts and a complete objection-handling playbook.
**Requirements:**
* Good, clear conversational English accent.
* A positive attitude and the mindset to handle rejections and move on.
* Prior cold calling or B2B appointment setting experience is a plus, but if you are hungry, clever, and ready to learn, I'm happy to train you.
