I was previously a member here at little otters play cafe in Washougal and, unfortunately, had a very negative experience. There was frequent gossip about customers from the owner Nicole, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. After multiple concerns were raised about boundaries and behavior, I chose to cancel my membership.
After leaving, I became aware that personal rumors about me and my marriage were being shared with other customers by her, which I found deeply inappropriate. A space meant for families especially mothers, and children should feel safe, respectful, and drama-free.
I’m sharing this not to add drama but so other parents can make an informed decision.
