If you want the office to start training us properly on new tools, then we need to not use the new tools until training with other time is given. Anything else is wage theft - I refuse to actively participate in the wage theft. If all Examiners applied this mentality, then everyone would benefit and receive training with other time. It’s maddening.

There’s a lot going on in the rumor mill - I was wondering if new hires have any written agreement for future telework at a certain point (years served, gs level reached, etc.) or are all new hires in the office indefinitely at the current time? Thanks in advance! And when I say remote telework I mean like on teapp or full time- not a weather event.
