Car got hit while parked
I live in California. My car was parked across the streets from my house. A driver was turning her car around on the street and instead of reversing when half way, she went forward and hit my car full gas. Now luckily she didn't drive off because everyone came outside and saw her after the loud hit. I got her insurance and info. She did her report to her insurance and took fault of everything. It's been a month and a week. Her insurance told me last week to wait 2 more weeks to get an answer. Next week will be the second week. But the agent said she will fins out whether they will approve the claim or not. So I questioned the agent why would she say that they would or not approve my claim. Can they really deny my claim? She panicked. But said just to wait. Now I'm wondering, what's the possibility of her insurance denying my claim if the driver took fault, also I have clear video of the hit too. If they deny, what do I do? The car she hit only has liability. Will I have to sue her? What are the chances of getting denied?
