I just got a new roof about two weeks ago and we had a pretty bad storm yesterday. The rain water isn't running off the roof correctly into the gutter. I took video of it while it was raining. The picture shows where the water was running off the roof. Is this something I should expect during a bad storm or did the roofer make a mistake? Is this something that the roofer can fix and if so, how? I don't remember this happening with the old roof.
