Pigeon oral swab. Anyone know what kinds of bacteria might be banana-shaped? Never seen anything like this before.

Hello. I occasionally run into these cells and tend to think they are erythrocyte lineage but don't understand the vacuoles. Do you all know what I'm looking at? Thanks in advance.

Hello all. Can you help me understand what I'm seeing in these cells? All from one blood film from a pigeon. A lot of these look like granular lymphocytes to me, but the really large inclusions that are staining differently (see first two photos) are confusing to me and remind me a little bit of viral inclusions. Thanks for the help.
