Planning to visit Sri lanka from 23 may to 2 june. We are doing colombo, galle and mirissa as our stay spots. Planning to relax, eat good food, do turtle watching and a yala day trip from mirissa. How is the weather or should we change where we are going?

Also pls share recommendations for a day trip to Yala, not staying the night because as a family we don't want to move around alot.
