Hi,

I'm looking for a way to find freelancers for some projects I have in mind, and I would like to contact them, discuss my projects, etc.

I tried some of the famous websites where people post what they can do but 90% of them live in another continent (I'm from EU).

I'd like to know if there are websites where I can find freelancers in EU and that I can contact to talk about my projects.
