Bought a flat in Puraniks city reserva in march 2021 with agreement posession date of oct 2023 getting handover tomorrow. But this delay has sucked out joy out of the whole experience. Have caused financial hardships.

If any one is looking for a self use flat in under construction considering it cheap, the hidden coat is too much. Please let me be warning case, it will strip away your peace of mind.
