Losing weight IBS
I have been seriously lifting for over a year now. I just recently decided to try a cut to get ready for a vacation this summer.
I weigh my food. Track my macros. Lift 3x and cardio 3x a week.
My deficit typically has been 300-500 calories everyday. But the scale has not moved at all.
I keep my sodium intake consistent too…
Luckily my IBS has stayed mainly in control during the cut (shoutout simple, whole foods). But I can’t help but think the lack of scale movement has to do with my IBS.
Anyone have a similar experience? Tips?
