Has anyone had their business mailing address suddenly cancelled by Stable (usestable.com) without a clear explanation?

I’m wondering whether any other small business owners have experienced something similar with Stable (usestable.com).
On May 14, Stable suddenly cancelled two of our business mailing addresses. The only explanation we received was that the accounts had allegedly violated their Terms of Service, but they did not provide any specific reason.
We only use these addresses to receive a small number of business letters each month, mainly IRS-related mail. Our business depends heavily on these addresses, so the sudden closure has directly disrupted our operations.
I contacted their support team multiple times asking:
- Why the accounts were closed
- Whether they could be restored
- Whether they need any additional documents or verification from us
They initially said the matter had been “escalated” or was under review, but after several days, there has been no meaningful update. My follow-up emails have also gone unanswered.
For a small business, suddenly losing access to an important mailing address without a clear explanation can create serious operational and compliance risks.
Has anyone here dealt with a similar issue with Stable or another virtual mailbox provider?
Were you able to get the account restored, or did you have to switch providers entirely?
I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences.
