Need advice for annulment of marriage
Me and my wife met through a matrimony platform
We spoke for 7-8 months before getting married.
The wedding was quite lavish but all expenses were split 50:50 by both of our families.
A few weeks after marriage i found out that she was previously married.
When i asked her about this she did not provide any explanation and simply left the home to go live with her parents.
I have proof of her previous marriage but i do not know if she divorced her first husband or not as my wife has cut all contact with me and refuses to provide any explanation for deceiving me.
What are my legal options ?
Can i get an annulment instead of divorce as she had not revealed the fact that she was previously married to me and had listed her marital status as unmarried on the matrimonial platform and also that she may or may not still be legally married to the first husband.
