The TCF is easier than the TEF, and I can prove it
The relative score required to reach the same NCLC level is much higher in the TEF than in the TCF. For example, while the TEF requires 428 out of 699 points (61%), the TCF requires only 10 out of 20 (50%).
This difference is even more significant for NCLC 4 and 5.
