Since her name is so appropriate for the holiday, this seemed like a good time to introduce her. In this photo, about nine months ago, she was 13. She turned 14 in April and has aged quite a bit since this photo was taken, but of course she’s still our funny darling. Sparkles is our sixth Cavalier and we were fortunate to adopt her when she was 10, two months after our previous Cavalier had died.
