I wish people realised how unethical is it to use AI. There’s obviously the concern about environment, but why people feel confident to use AI of those actresses to generate images is beyond me.
You don’t know what those AI companies are doing with the data.
Today, is the series final of Hometown Romance.
For me, this series have been a breath of fresh air, and it was nice to see LMSY in romcom, it was long due.
When it comes to adaptation, I don’t have any opinion. Whether the screenwriters chose to follow the novel or take liberties. It just needs to be coherent and bring emotion that you can’t necessarily get with a novel.
For HR, they really follow the novel, but the new addition for the characters especially for Si (Sonya character) was a nice touch. Si is just an entitled brat and to be honest it’s just a typical character of ThaiGL novel, but I feel like they managed to make her more likeable and relatable in the series.
One thing, that I like in HR is also having episode of 60min+. My complaint with LMSY series was 8 episodes of 45 min, and towards it feels rushed. I’m still thinking both Affair and HS would have been less messy towards the end with additional episodes to properly close their story.
It’s the 3rd series of LMSY, maybe people will not like what I’ll say. But, I wish a small break and Change2561 put them in their other production. Not because, I want them to play « straight » role. Just want to see them explore something different as an actress. Not every role they play need an onscreen partner.
Also, this is my delulu mind, but right now CHANGE as enough gl pair to create a series with an ensemble cast series with all of them.
It only takes 2 episodes of EwB for weirdo to start digging Jingjing past.
There’s something wrong with a part of ThaiGL stan. I really notice a pattern, that everytime a cp becomes popular, you can be sure that someone will make their goal to make the artist a nightmare.

Yesterday a fanmeet in Seoul for July was announced by GMMTV and now a second fanmeet in August.
Let me complain a bit, when are they planning to start the filming of their respective series.
And I’m pretty sure Milk will be busy around September for the fashion week as a BA of YSL.
I’m currently rewatching TSOU and maybe it’s me but I think Ch3 need to really give LingOrm justice with their upcoming series In Love Forever.
I assume to be biased, but I really think LingOrm did an excellent work in TSOU. And I’ll never forget their breakup scene. But, what I missed the most is the build up of their relationship at the beginning. It was really sweet. And the interaction with Lada and her friends was something that I like a lot.
Suzie, was a delight. She was Earn assistant but also like a big sister. Personally, I think they did a better job with Suzie character in the series. Suzie novel was way too annoying.
And don’t let me start we Lada’s parent. They didn’t reach the level of Prem dad which is ironic considering TSOU and Poisonous Love are set in the same universe. But I hate them. Fahlada dad was just coward and used his wife as the shield to make him a support for Lada but the truth is was as bad as his wife.
Again, this is my opinion. I just want better for LingOrm, I believe thy are good actresses, just need at least a good director and script.
I guess it will take a bit of time before MilkLove, NamtanFilm and ViewMim start the filming of their respective projects.
They’ll wrapped up GR, then focus on BBFest and go to a fanmeet.
Lom rewatching Princess Blew interview was peak downbadism. The fact they didn’t formally met, yet Lom show already some kind of interest towards Blew is nice to see.
Like in Water, I love Rose and Din introduction in Air in their day to day life as a married couple.
The first episode of Air was a nice introduction to the plot and character.
I hope everyone did overall enjoy this first episode. People from FreenBecky fandom, I imagine you were particularly excited since it’s the first series of your fav since the end of The Loyal Pin.

A new bodyguard trope GL series. I love the pair in Apple. I hope the production will also go with 40 min episodes this time.
I maybe wrong but by looking at their wardrobe it seems that the series will possibly a period drama.
Among the mostl anticipated series for 2026 like 4E, Girl Rules, EwB. I’ve three GL that wasn’t on my radar and that quickly became my fav.
All 3 are original script and with new pair. Except for Heart Code who is produced by Monomax a quite large Thai streaming platform, the other are from new company. FRT entertainment who produce Shades is like NorthStar and Mine Media is co owned by a veteran actress Mook Worranit. She was under GMMTV until 2025 and a good friends with Apple.
I’m happy to see women involved in ThaiGL, that’s not mean they’ll necessarily been perfect and a good representation for the community.

I see some people confuse about the result of Kazz Award. I’m not here to tell people if they’re right or wrong to be upset about the result but I’ll try to explain a bit what I know.
Kazz Award are organised by Kazz Magazine, which mostly talk about fashion, lifestyle and Thai celebrities. Kazz Magazine audience is mostly young adults.
If you’re following their social accounts (X and Instagram), you’ll see that most of their content is actually trending and popular Thai artist.
Now the Kazz Award, isn’t a ceremony specifically to give award related to acting. Among the recipients of Kazz you’ll get influencer, TV show presenter like even GMMTV mascot have been awarded.
Now the voting system, last year some awards were judged based and other public paid vote. Paid one are announced and published and Kazz Magazine website, and social media account.
For the paid vote, of course any individual can vote for their fav. But, to be more efficient and be sure that your fav win, it’s better to be organised and this is were fandom is really important. My understanding is that admin of fandom chose to vote or not, they also decide which nominations they should to focus on. So maybe if an artist got 5 nominations, the fandom will focus their vote on 1 nomination and leave the rest. That doesn’t mean you can’t personally vote in the other categories.
The Kazz Award are mainly a popularity contest and a gift from a fandom to an artist. It’s also a good way to create engagement and visibility for artists and make fan happy with some nice picture.
